the room was clean and spacious enough. i found the furniture and bathroom to be in very good condition (nothing was broken). the shower had very good water pressure. the location is excellent.

the staff treatment felt subpar. i was informed rudely that i could not have guests in my room. i had to pay 30 euros in cash to have a guest. the room service showed up while i was sleeping and never returned.

the location is good. a lot sights are in walk distance. the metro is 3mins away. i did appreciate i could check-in at 11 a.m. i did not have to wait until 2 p.m.

the staff and guest treatment was subpar. my girlfriend met me. i was informed rudely by the receptionist i am not allowed to have guests in the room. i was ALLOWED to have my guest after i paid 30 euros in cash to the receptionist.

The location was great! It was very close to many attractions and the metro station. The staff were friendly and helpful, answering all my questions with a smile. I found the room to be quite clean and well-kept. The provided shampoo, toothbrush, and toothpaste were really useful!

The internet was a little slow sometimes.
